APPLE A1502 emc2875, 2014-15 820-3476-A need BIOS

Dear all.
Please help me, I need BIOS for Apple probook A1502 EMC 2875 2014-2015 .
Mainboard number is 820-3475-A .
I tried using version 2013 downloaded from here, but macbook slow startup and freezes if I install OS.

So, I am try many version from this forum but any not working .
All freezze if I start installation OS.
This is original BIOS, but device has been remotely blocked .
Password has been removed now.
If now started installation OS, so system wrote this device is bllocked .
Please you know remove this locked from this BIOS .

I testing this version but not working.

I need version MBP111.88Z.0142.B00.1708080655 Copyright (c) 2005-2017
Please, you can edit mi file from a blocked device or not.
Another version does not work.
I tested all files for this model, from this forum.

 

I have only one motherboard 820-3475-A.
Apple used this model in production year mid2014 - mid2015.
This information I found on internet .
This motherboard have BIOS version MBP111.88Z.0142.B00.1708080655 .

I tested many versions with 88Z.0138 Bxx on this motherbaoard 820-3475-A but not working .
All version with 88Z.0138 Bxx freezes on the first screen, If I starting instalation OS from USB.
After freezes on first screen not any more sound and reactions.

Install on USB disk is 100% OK.
If I used internet recovery, have same problem .

I found on this forum only one version 88Z.0142 with password .
When, I removed password from this version, so I'am used.
After I running OS installation from USB drive, first screen is freeze, but on background system says "please select installation language" .
If I using keys up and down system change language.
But I don't see this screen, I see only first screen APPLE.
System not komplet freeze only screen or GPU not inicialing.
I don't know, where is problem.

I have this problem before on another model .
I had to use the same BIOS but with change of content.
Any other BIOS files have same problem.

I have one guys, what is needed changed on original BIOS file, but want moneys.
So it I try on this forum.
