    hi.. we have updated the bios of that hp spectre dax32dmbae0. after updating the bios through internet PC didnt shutdown properly. when we give the command of shutdown it get restarted and return back to desktop. If we want to shutdown we have to press and hold the power button. Can you resolve that issue?

    i not Understand problem, now laptop work or not ?

    laptop is working but as we give the shutdown command , it didnt shutdown it get restarted. If we wanna shut it down we have to press and hold the power button
