    Can you please provide me with T450 NM-A251 EC-file for MEC1633L chip. ?

    And please can you show me where to solder jtag pins on (T450 NM-A251) motherboard. I have RT809H programmer. ?

    I need to remove bios password... much appreciated...

    The problem is that the programming connection needs to be done directly on the motherboard.

    Is this EC Rom ok for T450 MEC1633L too? because it is belonging to T440!

    yes I agree programming connections need to be done first. and I am looking for help on that too.

    We only care about the motherboard. Many modules use the same motherboard. Understand ??

    I see, yes (T440 and T450) both have the same board (NM-A251). only my question was "would this EC software works with T450".

    i found the solution ... you dont need any file ... just read the password file .. and write it back ... the same file .. the password will be gone ... you dont need any file .. it is same with t450 t460 ,, x1 carbon and all :D

    there is an only problem ... bios information retrieval .. that is going difficult .. if you find some solution for that .. please inform

    Really? well, that is a good news
    but do you mean retrieving Bios chip info or EC chip info?
