Laptop HP BIOS

good morning

please i have a probleme ,
we modified the laptop hp elitebook 6930P putting a camera on it.
so we have changed the bios firware to PCT25VF032B_20180711_144207 and when we
turn on the machine , it stay on the bios level.
we must tun of it and turn on again in order that it start correctly.

can i have suggestion about it?

and can we flash the bios of these kinds of hp with a usb key ?
please i need how can we do it, it is possible
