How to get ME region file from working bios file

    How can we copy ME region file like i want to get 11.5.1.1006 from working bios file of vostro 3468????? need help plez help me out.

    Here is thing i want to ask how to extract any working bios file....i'll send u that file display come after 15 seconds it's the 7thy generation machine i dnt have that ME rgn files i wanna know from where can we extract working ME region from any bios file....like u send me 11.5.1.1006 file how can u make it?????? thats the actual Question....if u knw???

    There is no option showing how can i attach my old bios file and send to u:(
