Acer Z1-621 USB not working

    Hello all,
    I have this AIO, the motherboard have 3 usb ports, two of it have power but no data connection, the other does not work at all (hasn't worked for a long time)
    I tried to remove the USB port, maybe, in short circuit, but the others still don't work.

    This is the motherboard:
    Model: UI2L
    Motherboard: DAUILMB60C0 REV: C

    Is it possible that the chipset has been damaged? :/

    If you can help me identify the possible problem, any suggestions? The system can not work without USB port, given its nature AIO :/
