Cơ bản MacBook Air 820-00265-A not powered on

    MacBook Air 820-00165-A ....water damaged ...had no green light ..so I found out the short caps and removed ..MacBook Air has green light now and even charges battery... but cannot power on..try to power on but no answer ..and no fan spins have done good cleaning ...no short in in board please any body can help me out???
