    1.Fix DDR3 and DDR3L GPIO8 and GPIO46 Voltage level.
    2.Implement solution about first flash BIOS and boot to OS s4 cause hand on Logo.
    3.Set DEFAULT_CPU_TCCACTIVE_OFFSET=8.
    - E1161IMS.50A for HM77 chipset
    - E1161IMS.70A for HM70 chipset
    - Only flash the bios version corresponding to your system bios. If your system has version 5XX installed then choose 5XX (7XX for 7XX).
    - For Win8 Systems use only
