Samung NP350V5C charging problem

Maybe someone can give me a clue, or a little help.

I have a charging problem with a samsung NP350V5C
motherboard is QCL4 LA-8861P rev 2.0

the battery is detected, and the charge light turn orange.
but the battery doesn't charge at all..

It runs on battery , or with AC plug, the battery depletes..
when I plug the charger , windows tells me battery charging, but the battery stays the same level..
I try with different battery, with the same results...

the batteries charge normally on a another, samsung laptop..
the charger is OK too.

anyone has an idea?
