    This ec bios can't work because of starting of your ec file there is a beginning 16bit offset of me region.. you cut it from header of 8mb bios...

    HP Compaq Phoenix bios decrypt insyde file can decrypt any of hp bios but here only this version can do it .. you can decrypt it with my youtube...
